Rental Policies

• The booking must be reserved with a minimum of 50% of its total value (including taxes andsecurity deposit), which will remain in the custody of the house administration.

• The total value of the rent (base rate + taxes + security deposit) must be settled 60 days before the arrival of the guests without any exception.

• Rentals that cancels with a minimum of 60 days prior to check-in will receive 100% of the amount paid. If cancelation occurs after this period, the money won’t be refunded.

• The Legal contract format authorized by the administration of the house must be respected, which must be signed at the time of reserving the dates of the booking.

INCLUDED SERVICES:
• Staff: Concierge, housekeepers, butler, bar tender and chef for breakfast and lunch preparation (cost of food not included).
Service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• 1 golf cart for 6 people (+ 1 extra 6 pax golf cart ONLY at Christmas and New Year)

• Golf Premium Membership:
Pacifico, Kupuri, Surf club and Su Beach Clubs.
St. Regis Beach Club (With minimum consumption).
Golf at Campos Bahía and Pacíco, designed by Jack Nicklaus. (Fees apply)
Tennis has hard courts and synthetic grass. (Fees apply)

EXTRA SERVICES:
Dinner Preparation until 8pm: 1 to 8 guests $300 usd per day and1 to 16 guests $550 usd per day.

*Any extra hour of service will have a cost of $100 usd.
